Are there other payment methods available? Yes, we take most forms of payment. Just email us at service@uslabresearch.com for instructions.
Where will my peptides ship from? All supplies and all orders to the US and Canada and areas not mentioned below ship from the US. All peptide orders are guaranteed against customs seizures unFAQ.htmless stated otherwise.
Norway: Orders ship from within Norway. We will attempt to only accept orders when we have stock in Norway ready to ship. At that time, the products will appear in the store and include "shipping to Norway" in their title. Supplies ship from the US
Germany: Chinese peptides ship from within Germany. American products and supplies ship from the US.
UK: Chinese peptides will ship from the UK. American products and supplies will ship from the US.
EU: Will ship from the US, but customers may choose to have chinese products shipped from UK or DE. These choices will appear as items that can be added to their cart.
Australia: Ships from the US and must use Global Express Guaranteed for peptides.
My peptide arrived and it's appearance is not what I expected. I am used to seeing..... Should I be concerned? No, this there are several ways the product can appear and be normal:
1) Filling 2/3 of the vial: This has been highly lyophilized after being put into the vial and that is why it looks like there is so much in there. It will dilute with the same amount of water as any other appearance does.
2) Small grainy, rocky appearance or hard pellet taking up maybe 15% of vial. Traditionally this is the most typical appearance. This is typically lyophilized after being placed in the vial but for less time than the above method.
3) Hardly anything in vial, tiny amount of powder or flakes spread all over the vial: This is how it will look if lyophilized before placing in vial (and not lyophilized a second time). It will have the same potency as any of the other methods.
Can you refrain from charging my credit card until it ships or can you add something else I want and add it to my credit card? No. My website does not record or store your credit card information. That is only seen by our bank. Your card will be billed at the time of the order and I am not able to add charges to your card. I do not wish to change this. I don't want to be a suspect in fraudulent charges nor do I want anyone to be able to hack my website and obtain your credit card information. Having the bank collect your information from an encrypted order page and not storing the information is the safest method possible.
How can I know if my order has shipped? What do the order statuses mean? We change the status to "Shipped/Ready to Ship" once we print your postage. It means that the order is ready to go to the post office. Most orders ship the same day they are placed if received by 5 p.m. EST.
You said that you have shipped my priority mail package yet it doesn't track. It only says they have been notified the postage has been created. That does NOT mean that your package isn't at the post office yet. They rarely scan Priority mail while enroute. It usually does not update until it is delivered.
What is the best way to ship peptides? Cold shipping is available for those who request it. It is not mandatory. Freeze dried peptides should be able to last weeks without cooling prior to degrading.
What is the delivery time for zone shipping options? For USA orders of 50 mgs or more, it is Priority Mail which arrives in 2-3 days. For USA orders of 100 mgs or international orders, it is normally Express shipping, which is 4-5 days for most locations around the world (1-2 days locally). For Australia, the zone shipping method is Global Express (3-5 days). Please note, the time estimates displayed when you are choosing a shipping method are not always accurate.
What side effects have been noted for Melanotan and Melanotan 2? Hyper pigmentation including new freckles/spots or darkening of existing ones. Darkening, enlarging or new moles. Darkening of hair, and color changes in places where melanin normally concentrates (i.e. genital region, and on rare occasions lips). Some have mentioned white spots that do not tan (some of these resolved themselves, but not all). For Melanotan 2, some have had an undesired increase in libido and erections with a rare report of priapism. Reports of new moles are more common with Melanotan 2 than with Melanotan. Some have claimed a link between Melanotan 2 and serious eye and heart problems and panic attacks.
I work in a large lab. Will my package be labeled "peptides" so I can easily find it? No, not unless you request such markings.. Your order will arrive in an envelope from your chosen carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL). The only markings will be your address and our return address. Customers choosing cold shipping will receive their order in a box marked "Uline" (the shipping box manufacturer). It will also be marked perishable and include your address and our return address.
Can you help with guidelines for human injections? No!
Do you carry, or could you start carrying GHRP6 or (other peptide)? No. US Lab Research does not, nor has it ever carried peptides being studied for or with side effects of: hallucinogen, stimulant/diet, steroidal/muscle building or narcotic. We do not carry FDA controlled substances.
I have my own account with a shipping company. May I use it? Yes, choose the store pickup option and supply your shipping company info in the comments section.
What if I just need to add something to my order. How do I avoid additional shipping fees? In most cases the extra weight will not change the shipping costs. Place another order and choose "store pick up" for deliver and write "Please combine with order # ____" and we notify you if there actually is an increase in shipping costs.
What is your return policy? . We cannot vouch for the safety of peptides, syringes or water after they leave our office, therefore we will not accept returns. If a batch of peptides are found to be damaged/ineffective, we will offer replacements or refunds.
What is your privacy policy?: Information about you or your transactions will not be shared with any other company. We will not contact you except with information about your order(s) unless we distribute a newsletter and you have signed up for it.
